How much does shipping cost for kayaks and large equipment?
Standard shipping for accessories is calculated at checkout, while larger items like kayaks and paddleboards may incur a specialized heavy-goods surcharge due to their size and handling requirements.
What is your return policy for water-damaged goods?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in original packaging. Please note that once a product has been used in the water, it can only be returned if a manufacturing defect is present.
How do I know which size life jacket or PFD I need?
Each product page includes a specific size chart based on chest measurements and body weight. For safety, your PFD should fit snugly without sliding up when you pull on the shoulder straps.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship most hardware and apparel globally. However, some oversized items like rigid canoes are restricted to domestic shipping only due to courier limitations.
Can I track my order once it has been dispatched?
Absolutely. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking link to monitor your delivery's progress in real-time.
